Complaints procedure

If something about our business energy service has gone wrong, tell us. We will review your concern fairly and keep you informed.

Last updated: 29 September 2026

1. Tell us what happened

Email hello@energysearch.co.uk or use the contact page. Please include your business name, your name and contact details, what happened, when it happened, and what you would like us to do. You do not need to use any special form. If the issue concerns your energy supply or bill rather than our intermediary service, your supplier may also need to hear from you directly.

2. We investigate

We will acknowledge your complaint, review the relevant information and may contact you if we need more detail. We will explain our findings, any action we propose and how to respond if you disagree. We aim to resolve concerns as promptly as we can; complex cases may take longer. If the complaint is not resolved within eight weeks, ask us for an update and details of any available independent escalation route.

3. If you remain unhappy

Tell us why you are dissatisfied with our response and we will review it again. Where your business and complaint qualify for an independent dispute-resolution scheme, we will provide the relevant scheme's details and explain how to refer your case. Eligibility and time limits depend on the scheme and the type of complaint; we do not claim that every business or dispute is covered.
