Cookie policy

A straightforward explanation of cookies and browser storage used when you visit our business energy website.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small files saved by your browser. Similar browser storage, such as session storage and local storage, can remember information needed to keep a website working. Some cookies last for only a visit; others remain until they expire or you delete them.

What this website uses

  • Essential sign-in and security storage may be used to keep authorised dashboard users signed in and protect access to enquiries.
  • If you complete a business energy enquiry, session storage keeps a copy of your details in your browser so the thank-you page can show your enquiry and let you add optional energy usage. Session storage normally clears when the browser tab or session ends.
  • Our hosting and email providers may use essential technical storage needed to deliver the website securely. When advertising is permitted, the Google Ads tag may use advertising measurement cookies, such as _gcl_* cookies, and page/device information. We do not enable personalised advertising or customer matching.
  • Optional campaign-reference session storage remembers public affID and subID codes across the enquiry journey when advertising measurement is allowed. It normally clears when the tab closes. Local storage records your advertising choice and its history, notice version, date, region and pseudonymous visitor reference so withdrawal does not erase previous acceptance evidence.

Your choices

Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw your advertising choice at any time. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. The Google tag and advertising storage are blocked until acceptance in consent-required or unknown regions; elsewhere we respect explicit refusals and applicable opt-outs. Changes apply to new measurement, including in other open tabs. The Google base tag is enabled when permitted; completed-enquiry conversion reporting is not yet configured.

You can also clear or block site storage in your browser. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or interrupt the enquiry journey. Deleting the advertising choice removes our record from that browser; use Reject advertising to record a withdrawal instead.
